There is a front open pocket with dual magnetic closure. The main compartment has a 13 inch zippered divider. The rear section has two gusseted open pockets for cell phone or PDA, a pen sleeve, an eight inch zippered wall pocket, and one key hook. The front section is open for file folders. The back has a 13 inch zippered pocket with a depth of 8 inches. There is one side pocket on the bag for keys or a cell phone. The pocket is 5 inches vertically. There are two leather straps with a drop of 11 inches.
